Sunday, September 25, 2022 – 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
It’s time for a family CELEBRATION OF ENERGY: PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE
READ HERE EVENT GUIDE
The Canadian Heavy Oil Industry (CHOA) is celebrating 36 years of supporting Canada’s heavy oil and oil sands industry. The gains that have been made in the production and delivery of energy to our community are most amazing and must be celebrated! To celebrate, CHOA members, their families, sponsors, media, and special guests are coming together at Heritage Park to connect and share the positive impacts of innovation in our industry.
And at the very same time, Heritage Park is also launching its new and exciting Innovation Crossing station speaking to energy production, societal shifts and the ways of the past and how learning from yesteryear is invaluable in paving our future.
How we produce energy in the future will look dramatically different from yesterday. This is a given. This family-centric CHOA event, together with the launch of Heritage Park’s new facility, will take families through a journey of discovery about why and how we must evolve to the needs of tomorrow and offer inspirational education stations, fun picnic games and special opportunities to explore the roles we all play in the vision of tomorrow.
Do you want to be a part of the energy sector’s future?
Join our event where you and your family will enjoy fun and interactive excursions down the energy lane of past, present and future. This is your chance to stay informed and be proactive in shaping the use of hydrocarbons in the years to come and inspire the next generations.
