CHOA Webinar Series

Adjusting to the New Normal

The CHOA is pleased to host a webinar series focused on connecting members remotely. All webinars will be by donation and are greatly appreciated.

May 27 @ 12pm – The New Focus – ESG is Imperative for Industry Success – How do we walk the talk?

Presenter: Brad Gaulin – CEO of C.Ev.O Solutions Inc.

The CHOA invites you to “Networkshop” with Brad Gaulin on how ESG can impact the Canadian Energy Industry. We will look at where we are at today, how the world is changing and what we as an industry, a community and personally need to do to prosper going forward.

This isn’t a typical webinar, you’ll be highly engaged in small group discussions with other professionals to share ideas and develop practical strategies you can put to work immediately. You will take away a better understanding of the crucial changes required to thrive in the new normal, and how being lean, adaptive, and anticipating the changing needs in society and the world economy can set us up for growth; all while building your business support network in the process.

Our webinar host Brad Gaulin, P.Eng., MBA, is the Chief Evolution Officer of CEvO Solutions Inc.. Brad is an evolutionary change agent, executive team coach & serial entrepreneur. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, an MBA specializing in Entrepreneurship from the University of Calgary & is a lifetime member of APEGA. He has more than 35 years of experience as a professional engineer, business executive, executive team coach & entrepreneur. Throughout his career, he’s been a change agent & disruptor in every organization he’s been in. From developing the first electronic morning report at Petro-Canada, to his current internet start-ups, he’s innovated, developed and/or implemented new products, services, technologies, strategies, software, systems & processes.

For over 12 years at CEvO, he’s acted as an evolutionary change agent, empowering leaders & their teams in Small-Medium Enterprises (SME) to consciously change & grow. Change is hard, but not changing is fatal.  He’s established himself as a trusted advisor & team coach; empowering executive teams to achieve that next level of performance & growth. He’s not a typical consultant, he’s hands-on, actively helping the teams he works with to make things happen.

Brad excels at this by combining a proven agile change process, with a conscious business methodology, & by applying his extensive experience in strategy, innovation, organizational design, capacity building, change management, team building, leadership & cultural transformation. He brings knowledge & experience from over 35 years as an executive, entrepreneur & professional, having managed companies in engineering, industrial inspection, oilfield services & advanced automation, & having done business development in Canada, the US, Mexico & China. He has also co-founded 6 companies & is currently involved with 3 technology start-ups.
