In the previous webinars, we:
- Defined What is Collaborative Contracting
- Explained Why those in Heavy Oil should use it to optimize capital project outcomes
- Introduced How it can be implemented.
In this third event, we will create a welcoming environment for participants to discuss and share experiences with one another in:
- Overcoming Barriers
- Affecting organization culture; and
- Contracting features and impacts to collaboration.
At the end of the session, attendees will better understand how they can use these models to increase productivity, speed delivery, improve cost predictability, increase profits, and enjoy more collaborative working environments.
At this third session, we will break participants into smaller discussion cohorts, so you may connect and learn directly from one another. While there will be no charge for this event, your commitment to being fully engaged in small group discussions as part of the 90-minute session is required.
