The Canadian Heavy Oil Association (CHOA) is delighted to organize for you the FORE!CHOA Golf Invitational on Wednesday, June 25th, 2025. This prestigious event celebrates the many relationships that support our industry and the great successes we’ve achieved together.

The FORE!CHOA Golf Invitational attracts over 150 leaders from all areas of our industry – from producers to service providers, manufacturers, and technology innovators. Additionally, there’s an opportunity to reach CHOA’s +3,000 members and over 12,000 industry professionals through our social media platforms.  

PLAY. We have curated an extraordinary and unique golf experience. Set at Bearspaw Golf Club, one of the top private golf courses in Western Canada, the FORE!CHOA Golf Invitational features delicious treats, live music entertainment, and engaging games designed to create delight and build client connections at each hole.   

CELEBRATE. Our team of volunteers will take care of all the details so you can enjoy and celebrate the day. Our Concierge Service includes registration support, hole sponsorship, tent set-up, and tear-down services. This dedicated sponsor support is included in all sponsorship plans and allows you to focus on celebrating the great successes you’ve achieved together with your clients.

7:30 – 8:30 AM              Registration and breakfast (practice facilities open)  

8:30 – 9:00 AM              Tournament Opening Ceremony (players at their assigned carts)  

9:00 AM                Shotgun Tournament Start  

2:30 – 3:30 PM              Post Game Lunch Social
